Terms of Service

By using NetOptima’s website or services, you agree to the following terms. NetOptima provides IT, network, and related technology services to residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to availability and may require a written agreement or approved estimate prior to work being performed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and granting access to equipment, systems, and premises as needed to complete services. NetOptima is not responsible for issues caused by third party hardware, software, internet service providers, or pre existing conditions beyond our control.

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or suspension. All fees are non refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

NetOptima makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error free operation of networks or systems. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, NetOptima shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. NetOptima reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
